Our Story
JRVL Enterprises started with a simple idea: that owned brands create owned income. Not gig work. Not dependency on a single employer or platform. Real, compounding equity in businesses we control.
We began in resale — sourcing, curating, and selling through eBay and Poshmark under the Venetia's Vintage brand. Resale funded the foundation. But the vision was always bigger: a portfolio of brands generating income across multiple channels, with systems strong enough to run during the busy weeks and the hard ones.
JRVL Enterprises is the holding entity that makes that possible. The legal home, the financial backbone, and the strategic layer for everything we build.

Venetia Morris is an entrepreneur, builder, and creative strategist with a background in communications and regulated sectors, combined with a strong instinct for brand development. She founded JRVL Enterprises to create a business structure that grows alongside her life rather than competing with it.
Her approach is disciplined and long term: prove the concept, build the system, then scale. Every brand under JRVL reflects this philosophy, with a focus on clarity, sustainability, and thoughtful execution.
Driven by purpose and guided by strategy, Venetia is committed to building ventures that are resilient, intentional, and built to last. She approaches each project with focus and accountability, consistently finding a path forward even in complex environments.
Outside of her professional work, she is a devoted wife, a present mother, and an active contributor to her community.
